High-Quality Prints That Last

Screen printing is a master craft of layering ink through a fine mesh screen to create vibrant, durable designs. It is the gold standard for custom apparel, offering unmatched color depth and longevity that stands the test of time and repeated wear.

PHASE 01

Pre-Press Mastery

We start by turning your file into a black ink film. This artwork is the blueprint for your print, used to block light and create the stencil on the screen. It is a precise process where every detail matters to ensure the final product is as sharp as your vision.

PHASE 02

Creating the Stencil

The screen is coated in a light-sensitive liquid called emulsion and left to dry in a dark room. Once dry, your design is placed against the screen and exposed to bright UV light. The light hardens the emulsion everywhere except where your design blocks it. We then wash the screen with water, and the soft emulsion rinses away, leaving a perfect stencil of your artwork in the mesh.

PHASE 03

The Press Flow

Screen Printing Process

This is where the magic happens. We pull a rubber blade, called a squeegee, across the screen. This pressure pushes the thick ink through the open mesh of your stencil and directly onto the fabric below, creating a crisp, bold print that lasts.

Phase 04

Locked in for Life

We run every shirt through a specialized conveyor dryer at precise temperatures. This heat-curing process permanently bonds the ink to the fabric fibers, ensuring your custom design won't crack or fade, even after hundreds of washes.
